Returns Policy
Projectors Australia Returns Policy
General Rights under State and Commonwealth Law All refund rights under both State and Commonwealth law apply. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Additionally, you have the right to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. For minor failures, we reserve the right to offer repair only. We also reserve the right not to offer a refund or an exchange coupon.
Change of Mind You have 28 days from receipt of your product to return it for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in a saleable condition with the original proof of purchase. "Saleable condition" means the item hasn't been opened or used, is in its original packaging, and includes all manuals, packaging, and accessories. Returns beyond 28 days are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Restocking Fee A restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price will be charged on all returns due to change of mind. This fee covers the costs associated with processing returns and restocking items.
Return Shipping Costs You are responsible for covering the costs of shipment to our facilities. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping, along with the restocking fee, will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Defective or Damaged Items We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at [email protected] and send your item to our postal address Projectors Australia, PO Box 1231, Research, VIC 3095.
Faulty Products Projectors Australia will accept returns and provide a credit to your account, repair, or replacement for products that are faulty, not of acceptable quality, not fit for their intended purpose, or do not match the sample or description. We may send the product to the manufacturer’s repair agent to determine the nature of the problem. We reserve the right not to offer a credit, refund, or repair where the item fault results from misuse or neglect.
Data Loss Warning Be aware that data may be lost during the repair process. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all personal data is deleted before returning the item to Projectors Australia.
Goods for Repair Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair goods.
