When will my order be delivered?
Once your order is placed, it typically ships within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Metro areas: 2–4 business days
- Regional areas: 3–7 business days
- Remote areas: up to 10 business days
You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched. If you haven’t received your tracking details after 2 business days, please contact us at admin@projectorsaustralia.com.au
Can I Return my product?
Yes. We accept change-of-mind returns within 28 days of delivery, provided the item is in saleable condition — unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. A 10% restocking fee applies.

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us immediately at admin@projectorsaustralia.com.au with:

- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damage or packaging
We’ll organise a replacement, repair, or refund in line with our returns policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
